Filter with activated carbon FCCBL

The cartridges are manufactured from compressed activated carbon with increased density, which ensures filtration of particles with sizes above 5 microns. Their recommended use is for filtering of complex chlorine containing compounds. These filters improve the water taste and fragrance and also eliminate organic compounds, pesticides and other chemical compounds. Filtering area of the compressed activated carbon is twice the size of the filtering area of the activated carbon granules and has a better absorbing capacity and longer operating life. The cartridges have a polypropylene coating preventing the release of activated carbon particles. Their use is recommended for the reverse osmosis systems.
    The cartridges remove 99% of the chlorine and 96% of the lead, contained in the water.
    They are used for filtering of cold water supplied from the main water mains.
    The cartridge’s resource is for 3 to 6 months depending on the nature and degree of pollution of the water.
    The cartridge materials are NSF and FDA certified.

    Remarks:
    Sudden drop of pressure observed after a short-term use of the filter cartridge is a sign that the water contains large quantities of mechanical impurities such as sand and rust. In such case we recommend preliminary mechanical filters of the FCPS or FCPP series to be installed.


Antibacterial Ceramic Filter FCCER

The cartridges are manufactured from ceramic clay and can be regenerated many times by flushing with water. Their effective filtering capacity is 0.3 microns, which allows retention of 99.8% of bacteria and cysts. The cartridge is manufactured from a natural raw material, which exists in the nature.

Antibacterial Ceramic Filter FCCERВ

    Antibacterial Ceramic Filter with retaining capacity of 0.3µ and activated carbon. The filter removes 99.8% of bacteria, chlorine and unpleasant taste and fragrance of the water. This filter is designed for multiple uses. In case of clogging, wash out with a sponge under running water.



Water Softening Filter FCCST

  The cartridges contain ion-exchange resin granules. The organic ion-exchange resin is made of high molecular polyelectrolyte, which is capable of exchanging its own movable ions with ions from the environment having the same load. The cartridges provide protection for water heating appliances from limestone, formed by the calcium and magnesium salts.
    The cartridges contain technologically processed ion-exchange granules with sizes within the range of 0.2 to 0.7 mm.
    They substitute effectively calcium and magnesium ions with sodium ions and thus have a water softening effect.
    The cartridges have been designed to allow the water to pass through the entire effective surface of the cartridge.
    A 10 microns polypropylene filter is installed at the cartridge output, which prevents release of the granules in the softened water and also serves to retain other mechanical impurities, such as sand, mud or rust.
    They are used for filtering of cold water from the communal water mains. They prevent deposition of limestone in the water heating appliances both in domestic and industrial facilities. They eliminate water’s bad taste and fragrance and the toxic organic compounds.
   The cartridge resource is within 2 to 4 months depending on the nature and degree of pollution of the water.
    The cartridge materials are NSF and FDA certified.

  Filter for removal of iron and manganese FCCFE

    The cartridges remove effectively iron ions dissolved in the water with a concentration up to 3 mg/l. They are perfect for use in small households with an output of up to 20 l/min. The water fed should not contain hydrogen sulphide and the pure chlorine concentration should not exceed 0.3 mg/l.
    The cartridges contain technologically processed ion-exchange granules with sizes from 0.2 to 0.7 mm.
    They remove the metal taste and smell of the water.
    They are equipped with a post filter retaining the granule particles.

Combined Filter FCSTO

    Universal combined (two-stage) cartridges. They are usually applied in single filters but can also be used in 2 and 3-stage water treatment systems.
    These cartridges carry out a double-staged filtration of the water.
    The polypropylene filter for preliminary treatment provides mechanical filtration and removes sand, mud and rust from the water.
    The activated carbon granules improve the water taste and fragrance, removes the chlorine and other organic compounds.

Candle Type Filter

FCPS20-CN Series – candle-type cartridges with a 100% polypropylene fibre core. The polypropylene fibre provides strength and resistance to impact and also a fine-porous structure along the entire length. The cartridge has a good filtering capacity for small particles with different size ranges and continuous operating life. They filter mechanical impurities such as sand, rust and limestone particles with sizes exceeding 20 microns.

    FCCBL-CN Series – candle-type cartridges manufactured from a one-piece baked block of high quality activated carbon. The candle-type cartridges ensure filtration of particles exceeding 5 microns. They are recommended for removal of strong impurities with chlorine derivatives. They improve the water taste and fragrance and also filter organic impurities, pesticides and other chemicals. The filtering area of the one-piece baked block of activated carbon is twice bigger than the area of the activated carbon granules and also ensures a better absorbing capacity and longer operating life. The cartridges have a polypropylene coating, which prevents the release of activated carbon particles in the treated water. Such cartridges are recommended for the reverse osmosis systems.

    FCCER-CN Series – Ceramic candle-type cartridges manufactured from natural clay. The ceramic candle-type cartridges are manufactured from natural clay. They ensure mechanical filtration of particles exceeding 0.3 microns and 99.99% elimination of bacteria and cysts. The bacteria and other particles are retained on the external side of the cartridge and the water passes through the inner side of the cartridge through the ceramic wall of the filtering element. The cartridges may be reused after being flushed with hydrogen peroxide.

    FCPSKDF-CN Series – A combination of activated carbon and coconut bark with the KDF® element, which makes these cartridges universal. The activated carbon filters the chlorine and organic substances and the KDF55® exchanges its own electrons with the impurities’ electrons and transforms them into harmless substances, for example chlorine to chloride. Furthermore KDF® creates adverse conditions for the development and multiplication of bacteria and improves the purifying qualities of the activated carbon.


Activated Carbon Filter AICRO  

Cartridges with high quality activated carbon. These cartridges have absorbing capacity for light substances and thus improve the taste and fragrance of the water.  
    They are used for the reverse osmosis systems and for ice-making machines.
    This filter removes 99% of the chlorine and 96% of the lead from the water.
   The fine-grained activated carbon contained in the filter made of coconut tree bark improves the taste and fragrance of the water, decreases the contents of different organic compounds and chlorine compounds.
    The cartridge materials are NSF and FDA certified.

Mineralizing Cartridge AIMRO     

    These cartridges are manufactured in cooperation with WAM USA (the US Military Medical Academy) for the purpose of enriching the water with mineral compounds necessary for humans such as calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphorus or chlorides in quantities comparable to the ones contained in table drinking water.
   They are mainly used in the reverse osmosis systems.
   Pursuant to the scientific conclusion of the Biochemistry Department at WAM USA (the US Military Medical Academy) the mineralizing compounds used in this filter guarantee the optimal proportions of microelements for the human organism. Consumption of one litre of water mineralized under the RO + M method provides the daily needs of the organism of mineral substances.
    Calcium – one of the main components of bones and teeth. It has a positive impact on the metabolic processes and is also necessary for the proper functioning of the heart and the nervous system.
    Magnesium – it participates in approximately 300 biochemical processes and therefore it is necessary for the proper functioning of the immune and the nervous systems.
    Sodium – it regulates the processes of water supply for the organism and maintains the necessary acid-intestinal balance.
