REVERSE OSMOSIS
FOR THE KITCHEN
ULTRAFILTRATION
Five-Stage Reverse Osmosis System:
Stage One – 20 micron filter for primary mechanical cleaning manufactured from polypropylene fibre. Removes mechanical impurities not dissolved in the water and extends the operating life of the other filters.
Stage Two – filter with activated carbon made of coconut shells, effective for chlorine and other organic substances removal.
Stage Three – 5 micron filter for mechanical treatment manufactured from polypropylene fibre. This filter removes the mechanical impurities not dissolved in the water such as rust, sand, mud and etc. and also retains the activated carbon dust, which might contaminate the reverse osmosis membrane.
Stage Four - Reverse osmosis membrane, which removes up to 96-99% of any type of impurities including bacteria and viruses.
Stage Five – Post filter with activated carbon; it removes the lighter substances and gives the water the taste of natural spring water.
Treated water is stored in a pressurized container wherefrom it feeds the faucet installed on the countertop of the kitchen sink. The transparent body of the first filter allows visual control of the degree of pollution of the sediment filter.
The system is equipped with couplings, container for treated water, an individual faucet and a wrench for easy and simple filter replacement.

REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM Seven-stage system with mineralizer and infrared filter AIFIR
With mineralizer and infrared filter AIFIR.
This is a natural process in which non-dissolved substances are separated from the water. The main element is the reverse osmosis membrane, which separates 99% of the ions, the heavy metals, bacteria and viruses.
The system contains:
1. A pre-filtering group consisting of:
- coarse mechanical filter (retaining capacity of 20 μ.)
- activated carbon filter (eliminating the chlorine and unpleasant taste and smell of the water)
- fine mechanical filter ( retaining capacity of 5 μ.)
2. Reverse osmosis membrane
3. Activated carbon post-filter
4. Buffer container with useful volume of 10l.
The AIMRO filter mineralizer doses precisely the minerals necessary for the human organism. The infrared bio-ceramic filter separates the toxins and fats from the organism. It also helps to regulate blood pressure to a certain extent.
Calcium is the basic compound of bones and teeth. It has a positive effect on the metabolism necessary for the proper operation of the heart and the normal functioning of the entire organism.
The magnesium participates in more than 300 bio-chemical processes and therefore it has a significant influence on the immune and nervous systems. It prevents sclerosis and arteriosclerosis of the blood vessels, kidney stones and cancerous diseases.
Sodium is a mineral, which regulates the liquid exchange in the organism, maintains the oxygen level and is a perfect blood regulator.
Using this water appears to be the best method to improve the daily diet.
The final filtration stage – via the AIFIR filter made of bio-ceramic material, which emits infrared waves, improves blood circulation, the metabolism, decreases the cholesterol levels and extracts the toxins out of the organism.
REVERSE OSMOSIS SYSTEM Merlin
HIGH OUTPUT CAPACITY
MULTIFUNCTIONAL USE
COMPACT STRUCTURE WITH NO CONTAINER AND PUMP
The FRO720 - Merlin® system is the biggest innovation for the past 30 years in the field of water treatment using the reverse osmosis method. The quantity of treated water per day allows the system to be used in households with increased needs of pure water and also in other places such as restaurants, shops, small enterprises for water bottling, fish breeding in aquariums and etc.
The FRO720 - Merlin® system includes two highly efficient GE membranes and two activated carbon filters (pre-filter and post-filter). The operational life of the elements is as follows: 3 years for the membranes and 6 months for the activated carbon.
The FRO720 - Merlin® system is easy to install and does not require much space to accommodate. The system allows a few output points to be fed with water (such as faucet, ice-making machine and etc.). If the filtering elements are regularly replaced it will ensure continuous and flawless operation of the system with minimum cost of funds and efforts.
The FRO720 - Merlin® system has been attested under the ANSI-NSF 58 (NSF/ANSI 58) standard.
The FRO720 - Merlin® system ensures non-interrupted water flow and therefore it needs no treated water container. The system uses the pressure of the treated water and thus the use of electrical pump is not required. The system set includes: faucet (FXFCH5) and a set of connecting elements (FRO720-V).
Water treatment is made in three stages:
Stage One – preliminary filtration with an activated carbon filter (FRO720-С), which removes some chemical compounds, elements of organic origin and etc.
Stage Two – filtration by means of two individual reverse osmosis membranes (FRO360-М), eliminating bacteria, chlorine compounds, pesticides and other chemical substances, which influence the taste, fragrance and the colour of water.
Stage Three – filtration with an AICRO filter containing activated carbon made of coconut shells, which improves the taste and fragrance of the water.
The membrane retains 90-95% of bacteria and viruses.
The pure water percentage out of the total quantity of treated water varies between 23 - 33% depending on the operating conditions. The operating life of the system may be extended by using mechanical filters for preliminary treatment such as the polypropylene filtering element FCPS5-L installed in the FHPRC-L body.
ATTTENTION! The FRO720 - Merlin® system is designated to treat water from dinking water sources only.
Connecting the FRO720 - Merlin® system to a hot water source is inadmissible!
